Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. You can complete the online check-in, though it’s not required; however, it will speed up the process at the front desk upon arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. In the event of a late check-in or check-out, please contact the front desk. A late check-out will be charged at a rate of €10 per hour or part thereof.

Pets are allowed only in our bungalows in the campground section of the resort. Pets are not permitted in the apartments or in the area around the lake.

The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people (2 regular beds and 2 extra beds). Ideal for families with children.

For families of 5 or more, we recommend reserving two or more apartments.

We are a group of families. It is possible to reserve apartments within the same building or close to each other, depending on the current availability of these apartments. However, we cannot fully guarantee this service. For more information, please contact the front desk.

Crystal Lake View and Sunset Lake View feature a balcony with a view of the lake. Likewise, Green Harmony View are located on the upper floor. Sunset Lake Swim and Crystal Lake Swim feature a terrace with direct access to the lake. Together with Green Harmony Garden , they are located on the lower floor. Overlooking the greenery in a quieter and more peaceful part of the resort are Green Harmony View and Green Harmony Garden. The only apartment with wheelchair access is Green Harmony Garden, so even guests with limited mobility need not worry about their accommodations.

Apartment Buildings Sunset Lake and Crystal Lake are built on the lakeshore, so a staircase leads down to the ground-floor apartments. The upper-floor apartments in these buildings have direct access from the road.

Yes, the Green Harmony Garden apartment offers wheelchair-accessible entry.

All apartments feature a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed with high-quality mattresses, a TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, two-burner stove, capsule coffee maker, refrigerator, and kitchenware including pots, plates, and cutlery) with a dining area. All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a safe, a hair dryer, towels*, and toiletries.

Of course, there is a stylish bathroom with a toilet and shower; in the case of the apartment Crystal Lake View , it also features an elegant freestanding bathtub right by the window, allowing you to enjoy a bath with a view of the lake.

A crib is available upon request for a fee of €10 for the entire stay. If you are interested, please let the front desk know.

*In an effort to reduce water waste, apartment cleaning and towel replacement are not performed daily, but only for stays of 5 nights or more.

No, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire apartment complex. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas, outside the apartment buildings.

Both the restaurant and the wellness center are located directly on the Tilia Resort grounds, near the accommodations, so you can easily reach them on foot without having to drive.

Of course. Free parking is available for our guests right next to the apartment buildings. Tilia Resort does not currently have charging stations for electric cars, but we are working on making them available in the future.

Yes. If you are interested in using a recreation voucher, please provide the necessary information during the reservation process and notify the front desk upon arrival. At the end of your stay, we will be happy to issue you an invoice, which is required to claim the recreation subsidy.

Yes. If you’re arriving with skis, there’s a ski storage room available for you in the reception area where you can safely store your skis. The ski storage room also has dryers for ski boots. If you're arriving by bike, there's a room available for you in the reception area where we'll be happy to store your bike safely.
